Account and registration

Account opening takes three steps. First, visit our registration page and enter your username, email, a strong password, mobile number, and agree to our terms. Second, we send a confirmation email; click the link to activate your account. We review identity documents within one business day. Once approved, your account is fully active — you can deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). If your documents are unclear or incomplete, we request resubmission by email.

During registration, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. We ask you to create a unique username and password. You must confirm that you have read and agree to our terms, privacy policy, and legal notice.

After account creation, we request identity verification documents: a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill from the past three months, bank statement, or lease agreement). We do not accept screenshots or heavily redacted documents. This information helps us comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and protect your account.

Once you log in to pgbt, navigate to Account Settings in your dashboard. There you can update your email, mobile number, residential address, and password. You can also view your verification status, transaction history, and active bets.

If you wish to pause account activity temporarily, contact our support team by email. We can restrict access to your account for a set period. You remain responsible for verifying that your access and use comply with your jurisdiction's law. Account suspension does not cancel active bets — those settle according to match outcomes.

Payments and transactions

We review withdrawal requests during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Jakarta time). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek) are processed the next business day.

Once approved, your funds are sent to your chosen payment method. Bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically arrive within one business day. mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment transfers are usually instant once approved. Delays may occur if your bank or payment provider has additional verification steps. We do not control third-party processing time.

If a deposit fails, your payment provider (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your bank) declined the transaction — usually due to insufficient funds, wrong PIN, or account limits. Check your payment app to confirm the status. The deposit amount is not charged to your pgbt account; it remains in your payment account or was reversed.

If a withdrawal fails, we notify you by email within one business day with a reason (insufficient balance, unverified account, or third-party error). You can resubmit the withdrawal or contact support to troubleshoot. If funds were deducted from your pgbt account but not received by your bank or e-wallet, contact your payment provider — they handle the final transfer.

Games and betting

Live-dealer tables are real games streamed from studios with human dealers. We offer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. You place bets, see the dealer's actions in real time, and outcomes are determined by physical cards or wheels. Live games are slower-paced and require active participation each round.

Slots are automated machine games. You spin a reel and results are generated instantly by software. Games like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways run continuously without dealers. Slots are faster and do not require waiting for other players or dealers. You can reach our support team by email. Include your username, account email, and a clear description of your issue. We respond to all support inquiries within 12 business hours during weekdays (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Jakarta time). On weekends and public holidays, responses may be delayed until the next business day.

Common issues: account access, deposit or withdrawal problems, game rule questions, verification status, and account preferences. Have your account details and transaction reference ready when you contact us. For urgent account security issues, mark your email as priority. We never request your password or recovery codes by email.

We offer sportsbook markets on Liga 1 Indonesia, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other major tournaments. Markets include match outcomes (win/draw/loss), goal totals, player performance, and live in-play betting during matches. Odds update in real time as matches progress.

You can also bet on badminton, MotoGP, and other sports. Account management and loyalty

Our loyalty programme rewards active users. The more you deposit and wager, the higher your tier status. Higher tiers unlock benefits: lower withdrawal fees, faster payment processing, exclusive game access, and periodic bonus rewards. Tier progress is visible in your dashboard account panel.

Tiers are based on lifetime wagering activity and do not expire. If you reach a tier, you remain eligible for its benefits as long as you maintain account activity. We accept eight deposit methods: local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment (mobile wallet and QR-code based). We also accept direct bank transfers from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. Deposits via mobile wallets are instant once the payment app confirms the transaction. Bank transfers take one to two business days to appear in your pgbt account.

No deposit fees are charged by pgbt; your payment provider may deduct transaction costs. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method. Check the deposit page in your account dashboard for current limits and real-time confirmation of payment status.

On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your account email or username. We send a password-reset link to your email within five minutes. Click the link, create a new strong password, and confirm it. You can then log in with your new password immediately.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If it is still not there after subject to verification, contact our support team with your account email and username. We will verify your identity and send a reset link manually. Keep your registered email updated in your account settings so you can always recover access.

If you pause your account, active bets continue to settle. You cannot place new bets, deposit, or withdraw during the pause period. Once the pause ends, your account returns to normal. If you close your account permanently, all active bets are void and your balance is forfeited. We recommend settling all bets before closing an account.

Account closure is permanent. Contact support to request closure; we process it within two business days. Once closed, you cannot reopen the same account with the same email. You would need to register with a new email if you wish to return to pgbt in the future.
